Bitbucket app passwords 🙁
Generated completely new TinkerBill-Bitbucket pair of SSH keys and added them to Bitbucket.
Deleted original TinkerBill account from Sourcetree and created new SSH OAuth version using App Password and Connect button – which worked! I think.
